Returns & Refunds

All of our items unless stated otherwise have a Return to Base (RTB) warranty as indicated by the returns section of the listing. In rare situations an item needs to be returned the responsibility of the costs of this remains with you, with Borsnet Technology covering the postage costs of it's return to you. We recommend that all goods being return are suitably packaged and dispatched using traceable means, and are insured accordingly as we accept no responsibility for lost or damaged returns. For faults which are reported within this period and upon its return the item will be repaired or if we are unable to repair the item, a replacement will be made if available. In the unlikely event the item cannot be repaired or replaced a refund will be issued. Postal charges are non refundable.

Customers returning items must include the purchase receipt to enable us to process the item. All returns must include all there accessories and original packaging. A 10% re-testing/re-stocking fee will be applied to items returned which are not faulty. All items are discreetly security marked and serials number noted to aid fraud prevention and any attempted fraud reported to the relevant authorities immediately. By purchasing our product you are agreeing with and accepting the terms and conditions detailed above. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item - 30 days to return the item. Upon receiving your order, if you discover the item(s) is faulty or is not as described, please do not use it or attempt to repair it as doing so may invalidate you returns entitlement. You should re-pack the item(s) in the original packaging, or in secure packaging to return as soon as possible.

Please return the item(s) via the Post Office, remembering to get proof of postage. Please do not post the item(s) through the post box as this may not guarantee delivery. Keep your proof of postage receipt safe in case you need to produce it as evidence that you have returned the item(s) as we may ask you to provide a copy in-case we did not receive the item(s). Please note, we will not refund any postage for items returned via a premium postal service such as corporate service like DHL, FEDEX, etc.
