Shipping Policy

We use Royal Mail and Collect Plus Services for UK deliveries and Royal Mail only for overseas deliveries. In exceptional circumstances, we may use a corrior service such as DHL, Fedex or UPS to deliver you Order, subject to additional charge.

For Standard delivery our process is to prepare your order and dispatch on the same or next working day [Monday to Friday], which means you will normally receive your order within 2 to 5 days.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions, strikes, delivery delays, etc.

All international customers will receive an email which shows tracking information on the progress of their order.

We charged £3.75 for postage on orders to Mainland UK. 

International orders will be charged at £14 per order; this charge may increase depending on the weight of the item(s) and distance to customer's address.

When ordering goods from our webstore for delivery overseas, you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
